The Cultural Natural Workers' Union of Nepal Trekking Travels Rafting Airlines staged a symbolic demonstration demanding the implementation of the Social Security Act on August 15  at the Civil Aviation Authority premises at Babermahal. Even when the union repeatedly sent the letter saying that the social security allowance of the workers should be deducted, the Civil Aviation Authority and the Civil Engineering Branch under it awarded the contract to the same contractor who did not deduct the social security allowance of the workers.

Union Central Committee Chairman Suman Prasad Parajuli said that they were compelled to join the agitation as the Civil Engineering Division and the Outsourcing Company were repeatedly calling for the same contractor for their commission.
