The employees of the trade union also started the agitation on the 8th day saying that the government of Nepal is trying to split the Civil Aviation Authority. Employees of trade unions under the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) staged a protest in front of the NEA's head office at Baber Mahal on August 16 demanding that the NEA should not be disbanded.
