Police arrested two boys aged 11 and 12 on August 19 on the charge of raping a 7-year-old girl in Daliekh. According to police, the accused were arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim's side at the District Police Office alleging the boys of raping their minor daughter on August 8.
