Two youths arrested on charge of raping a 12-year-old girl in Surkhet

Police arrested 19-year-old Prakash Jaishi and 20-year-old Ram Krishna Jaishi, the residents of Sarkeghat Rural Municipality-7 in Humla on August 20 on the charge of raping a 12-year-old girl. They allegedly lured the girl and raped her in an open field in Birendranagar Municipality-12.
