Man arrested on charge of raping his sister with physical disabilities

Police arrested a 26-year-old man on August 24, on the charge of raping his 32-year old sister with hearing and speech impairment on the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim's side on the same date. According to the complaint, the victim was raped on August 23.
