According to the victim, the accused sexually abused her by luring her to get married. The case came into light after the victim got pregnant and was asked to abort by the accused and his mother. According to the victim's mother, the accused's mother gave financial temptation to the victim for not reporting the case to the police. The victim lodged the case against the accused in District Police Office, Mahottari.
