Palpa youth arrested on charge of raping a 11-year-old girl

Police arrested Harka Bahadur BK, a 25-year-old resident of Tinau Rural Municipality- 6 on September 2 on the charge of raping an 11-year-old girl. According to police, the victim's side had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on September 2 alleging that the accused had raped her on June 29.
