Police arrested Shukra Bahadur Mugrati, a 25-year-old resident of Gokulganga Rural Municipality-4 on September 13 on the charge of attempting to rape a 73-year-old woman. The victim's side had lodged a complaint at the Gokulganga Area Police Office, alleging that Mugrati had tried to rape her while she was alone at home on January 7.
