Locals of Parshuram municipality-8 padlocked the area administrative office on September 15, demanding the proper murder investigation of Asmita Devi Dhami, an employee of the basic health centre. The coordinator of the Struggle committee, Dhan Bahadur Bohara, claimed that the police was purposely not investigating the case to cover up even though the incident took place more than 2 months ago, the 6 point agreement made by Parshuram municipality for the justice of Asmita was not implemented. The agreement contains the compensation of 10 lakhs to the victims family and a job for the husband of the victim on Jamrani Health post.
