The All Nepal National Independent Students' Union (ANNFSU) padlocked Lumbini Buddhist University on September 16, accusing it of charging full tuition for online classes. According to Rajesh Acharya, President of ANNFSU, the campus administration has charged the entire fee for the online class even if the students do not have a physical presence on campus and do not use any of the campus' experimental materials.
