Nepal Permanent Teachers' Rights Forum is agitated alleging the state of discriminating against teachers. Under the expenses of yearly transportation allowance, the government had announced to provide"Paryatan Kaaj" with an amount equal to 10 days' salary, salaries and other facilities to the civil servants through the budget of the current fiscal year. But permanent teachers across the country have been agitating saying that they have been deprived of this facility. Kusum Neupane, the coordinator of the forum Nawalparasi, said that teachers from all over the country, including Nawalparasi, protested by wearing black bandages on September 30.
