The victim's side lodged the complaint against 35-year-old Sagar Sahi of Kailali, Ghodaghodi municipality-1 and 19-year-old Sandesh Baskota of Kailali,Godabari municipality-3, Mataketi, currently living at Chandragiri municipality-14 on September 28, on the charge of gang raping a 14-year-old girl on February 20. According to the police, the accused raped the victim by taking her to the New Alpine Hotel located at Chandrapur Municipality-4, Chandragahapur.  According to the police, one of the accused, Sandesh Baskota, was arrested on September 28, and the other accused fled, prompting the police to conduct a search.
