Two women health workers of Hat Health Post in Purchaudi municipality-1 were physically assaulted by Surendra Bahadur Dhanushe of Purchaudi-1 Kudikhet under the influence of alcohol on October 7. According to Dipendra Bahadur Dhami, in charge of health assistant, Dhanushe, physically and verbally assaulted the health workers because he didn't get the COVID-19 vaccine, and he further added that the health workers feel unsafe due to the assault. According to the police, Dami including 4 others has lodged the complaint against Dhanushe on the charge of physical and verbal assault.
