Man arrested on charge of raping an 18-year-old girl in Kathmandu

Police from the Metropolitan Police Circle, Balaju, arrested Dinesh Bishwakarma, a 36-year-old resident of Bidur Municipality-1, Nuwakot currently residing in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-16 Machhapokhari, on October 21 on the charge of raping an 18-year-old girl. Police arrested Dinesh after receiving information that he had raped the girl. Further investigation is underway, police said.
