Youth arrested in Rupandehi on the charge of raping a minor

Police arrested Sanjay Lamichanne, a 22-year-old youth of Devdaha municipality-5, on October 20, on the charge of raping a 12-year-old minor. The victim's side lodged the complaint on October 20 claiming that the accused raped the victim on September 13.
