The victim's side lodged the complaint against Raghav Gurung, a 22-year-old man of Tulshipur sub-metropolitan city-1, on October 23, on the charge of sexually assaulting their 30-year-old daughter. According to the victim's side, the accused sexually assaulted the victim on October 20. The accused absconded immediately after the incident.
