Father of Rubi Safi, a 24-year-old woman of Rajbiraj municipality-2, lodged the complaint against Rubi's father-in-law, Raj Kumar Safi,55, Mother-in-law, Mohini Devi Safi and Brother-in-law Sajan Safi,27, on the charge of inciting his daughter to commit suicide. According to the police, the arrest warrant has been issued against the accused.
According to Rubi's father, Rubi's husband used to work in the pharmacy of Gajendra Narayan Singh's Hospital and he died due to covid-19 and as a compensation Rastriya Baniijya Bank gave Rs.25 Lakhs and s insurance Janamukhi Sahakari Sanstha deposited Rs.12 Lakhs. Rubi's father alleged that Rubi was constantly physically and mentally assaulted by her in-laws to get the insurance money after the death of her husband Rajan Safi.
