Police arrested 30-year-old Sobha Rokamagar, a resident of Panchadewal Binayak Municipality-9 Bhanakot of Achham who is currently running hotel business in Khidki Jiula, Dailekh, on October 28, on the charge of trafficking a 27-year-old woman. The victim has lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on October 26 alleging that she was forced to have sexual intercourse with nine people for cleaning and cooking at the hotel on October 20.
