Police arrested Karan Singh, a 50-year-old of Bhim Dutta Municipality-16, Kanchanpur on October 30 on the charge of raping a 4-year-old girl. According to the police, Karan raped the girl in his own house after consuming alcohol. The District Police Office, Kanchanpur has informed that the incident is being investigated.
