Police arrested a man on the charge raping a four-year-old girl on November 8 at mango garden in ward number 11 of Kalyanpur Municipality. The accused, Shesh Kumar Mahato is a 20-year-old resident of Kamalamai Municipality-6, in Dhanusa . The police team deployed from Area Police Office, Kalyanpur, Siraha got hold of the accused on the same night. He is kept in custody for further investigation after adding 7 days of investigation time from the Siraha district court.
