The victim's party lodged a rape complaint to District Police Office, Kapilvastu on November 9 accusing Yogendra Kurmi, a 35-year- old resident of Maharajgunj Municipality-1 of raping a 20-year-old girl. As per the complaint, the incident happened on October 30. The accused is still absconding.
