Police arrested Bippa Bhotey a 75-year-old man of Bhotkhola rural municipality-7, in Sankhuwasabha on November 8, on the charge of raping a 35-year-old woman with a physical disability. The victim's side lodged the complaint on November 8 claiming that the victim was raped on November 7.
