Family members of a 10-year-old girl lodged a complaint against a Bhawishwar Kharal, a 55-year-old man of Tulshipur sub-metropolitan city-1 on November 11 on the charge of sexually assaulting the minor girl. According to the police, the victim's side claimed that she was sexually assaulted on November 4.
