The Nepal Valuers Association stopped the evaluation work in protest of the arrest of the association's engineer by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Even though the Dynamic Consultancy and Construction Services, which is also a member of the Birgunj Chapter of the Association, had evaluated the documents based on the documents provided by Kumari Bank, the CBI arrested their association's engineer. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had arrested Rajesh Kumar Chaurasia, director of Dynamic Consultancy. He was taken under control by the police on November 8, asking for an investigation.

The association in protest of his arrested stopped valuing banks and financial institutions since November 10. Chairman Rishi Koirala has issued a statement warning that more agitation programs will be announced to make the movement more powerful and effective.
