Police arrested 24-year-old Samir Tamang of Jugal Rural Municipality-3 and 19-year-old Bishal Tamang of the same place on November 11 on the charge of gang-raping a 15-year-old girl. The victim lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on November 10, alleging that the victim was raped by the accused on November 9.
