Case filed against the accused of attempted rape in Rupandehi

The victim's side filed a complaint against 27-year-old Samir Musalman at Area Police Office- Lumbini on November 12, accusing him of attempting to rape a 24-year-old female. Musalman is a resident of Gaidahawa rural municipality-9, Semarhawa. The complaint alleges that the perpetrator attempted the heinous act on November 6. Police mentioned that they are trying to find the absconding perpetrator.
