Police arrested 22 and 23 years old males on the evening of November 15 on the charge of raping a 22-year-old female relative on November 12 at Cottage Bagar in Melamchi rural municipality-13. The police arrested the duo after the victim's mother filed a complaint at District Police Office on November 15.
