Police arrested Nitesh Datheputhe, a 20-year-old youth of Chaling in Changunarayan Municipality-5 on the charge of raping a 31-year-old woman in Bhaktapur. He was arrested on November 19, according to the Bhaktapur Metropolitan Police.
