District Police Office, Parbat arrested a youth on the charge of sexually abusing a child. The arrested is Bishnu Acharya, 28, of Jaljala Rural Municipality-4. According to Inspector Rajendra Adhikari, Information Officer at the District Police Office, Parbat, Acharya has been accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl by showing her a pornographic video on November 22.

Acharya was arrested on the same day after the victim's father lodged a complaint at the District Police Office. A case of child sexual abuse was registered against him on November 23.
