The Democratic Socialist Party " Loktantrik Samajwadi Party" (LoSaPa) Dhanusha stage a protest saying that the railway has not been operational even though the construction of physical infrastructure has been completed. They staged a demonstration demanding to start the train services on the auspicious occasion of the wedding anniversary of Lord Ram and Sita on December 8.
A group of LoSaPa Dhanusha-affiliated leaders, youth leaders, women and students reached the District Administration Office, Dhanusha and handed over a memorandum to the Prime Minister through Chief District Officer Bandhu Prasad Bastola. They have warned to launch a phased agitation if the train does not operate on the mentioned occasion.
