Police arrested a 17-year-old youth was arrested on the charge of raping a 12-year-old minor girl of Bhaktapur Suryabinayak municipality-2, Balkot. According to the police, the victim went to play hide and seek with her friends on December 4, and the accused probably raped her after she was finished playing.
