Complaint lodged against a youth on the charge of raping a teen girl in Siraha

A 13-year-old girl victim's side lodged a rape complaint against Rakesh Yadav, a 22-year-old man of Siraha municipality-2 on December 6. According to the victim's father, the victim was raped on October 23 and the incident was tried to settle in the village. According to the police, the accused has absconded.
