Indian national arrested on the charge of raping a girl in Parsa

Police have arrested an Indian national in Parsa on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl by promising to marry her.
The arrested has been identified as 29-year-old Satawant Singh of India in Jammu Kashmir.
The accused raped the victim by calling her to his room in Birgunj-11 Shripur on Friday night.
Police arrested the accused on the basis of a complaint filed by the victim's family, informed DSP Om Prakash Khanal.
