A 17-year-old girl studying in a technical school in Nepalgunj has been repeatedly taxed by teacher Rawal, according to the complaint. The teacher had kept the girl in a room at a hotel at Pushpalal Chowk on July 10. The teenager said that she was forced to release the video if she did not comply with the order.
