ANNSFU (Revolutionary) picketed the administration and accounts department of Baal Kalyan Secondary School at Liwang, alleging that the school is taking money from the students against the education regulations. The school has been the model school. The demonstrators have submitted 8 sentence demand letter.
According to the memorandum, the demonstrators claimed that the school has charged Rs.2500 extra from class 10 students on the admission fee, discriminated against the English and Nepali medium students, charged Rs.2720 from students to withdraw mark sheet, making it mandatory to stay in a hostel for class 10 students and charged Rs.5,000 and charged an expensive fee in the name of coaching classes. According to the demonstrators, the school administrators were indifferent to these issues that is why they had to picket.
