The student organization in close aide to CPN(Unified Socialist) padlocked the Vice-Chancellor's office of Far Western University. Their demands include lessening the examination fee of the entrance exam, canceling political distribution of posts, extending the time for new applications, and maintaining professional ethics among others. They condemned the decision to transfer temporary teachers working in the university to the central office, and new regulations formulated for the entrance. The student union warned the university administration of doing further protest activities if the demands are not met.
