Police arrested a 14-year-old boy of Bardibas municipality-9, Pashupatinagar, on the charge of attempting to rape a 14-year-old minor girl of Bardibas municipality-7, Manaharipur. The victim's side lodged the verbal complaint claiming that the accused attempted to rape the victim while she was out to cut the grass. According to the police, until the written complaint is lodged, the identity of the accused cannot be made public.
