Teenage boy arrested on charge of attempting to rape a minor in Rukum East

Police arrested a teenage boy from Sisne village on the charge of attempting to rape a four-year-old girl in Rukum (East) on the basis of a complaint lodged with the police on December 26 alleging that he had tried to rape the girl on December 24. The teenager came to the house of the victim and sent the victim's six-year-old brother to go out for a while.
