Rape accused youth arrested from Morang

Police have arrested 22-year-old Surendra Rishidev of Sunwarshi-7 in Morang on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl having a physical disability. According to police, Rishidev raped the girl who is unable to walk and speak properly at her home on Wednesday when she was alone at home.
A team of police under inspector Anmol Khadka of APO Rangeli arrested Rishidev who went on the run after the incident.
