12-year-old minor girl raped in Rupandehi by neighbor

A 12-year-old girl from Tilottama municipality-5 of Rupandehi was raped on May 22 evening by a neighbor. The accused lured the victim by tempting her with sweets to Tinau river. The locals rescued the victim after she started to scream. The victim was sent home after undergoing medical examination at Lumbini Proincial hospital.
