Police arrested Rupnath Dhakal, a 59-year-old man of Butwal sub-metropolis-11, on May 23, on the charge of raping a 12-year-old minor girl. According to the victim's side, the accused tempted the victim to feed lunch and raped her on May 21. According to the complaint, the accused lured the victim by promising to take her around on his motorcycle and feed her lunch and later raped her in the Tinau river and threatened her not to disclose the incident to anyone.
