Police arrested Ram Singh Dhami a 33-year-old computer teacher at Malikarjun Basic School and resident of Naugad rural municipality-6, on May 25, on the charge of raping his 17-year-old teenage student. According to the police, the victim's side lodged the complaint against the accused on May 25. Police further added that the news of the rape broke after a video of the incident Dhami had recorded while he was performing the criminal deed went viral.
