Police arrested two people on the charge of raping a 22-year-old woman in Rupandehi. According to the police, Hem Bahadur Gharti Magar, a 34-year-old man of Devdaha municipality-6, raped the victim with the help of the other two. Police further added that Magar took the victim to the hotel at Devdaha municipality-9 and raped her there. Police arrested the hotel operator and one other for the investigation. One of the accused absconded.
