Man arrested on the charge of raping a youth in Nuwakot

Police arrested Sukukumar Tamang, a 29-year-old man of Bidur municipality-11, on June 10, the charge of raping a 23-year-old youth woman. According to the police, the accused called the victim to his room in Bidur municipality-4, on May 31 and raped her there.
