Local youths padlocked the ward office in Rukum West on June 19, demanding to appoint a local as office assistants of Chaurjahari municipality-11. Keshab Oli, a ward member said that the local youths posted a memorandum. Gyanendra Rana claimed that during local level elections leaders promised to employ youths but after the election the local representatives employed other people. He further demanded to appoint employee through open competition.
