Police arrested Shidda Kthayat a 24-year-old youth of K.I.Singh rural municipality on June 26, on the charge of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old minor girl. According to the police, the victim lodged the complaint on June 26, alleging that the accused sexually assaulted the victim on June 24.
