Chabilal Gautam, an operator of Shila Fancy Stores in Pokhara was arrested on June 29, on the charge of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old minor. According to the police, the accused sexually assaulted the victim on June 29, by calling her in his store tempting her to give her a job. The family of the victim lodged a complaint against the accused.  The victim alleged that the accused touched her in her sensitive body parts and when she resisted he tried to persuade her.
