Youth arrested on the charge of raping a minor in Khotang

Police arrested the 16-year-old youth of Kepilasgadhi rural municipality-4, on June 30, on the charge of raping a 5-year-old minor. According to the police, the accused lured the victim to a goat farm while she was playing and raped her there by covering her mouth. The accused was caught raping the victim by the victim's mother and the victim absconded after.
