National Youth Federation, affiliated to CPN-UML picketed the Transportation Management Office in Kathmandu condemning the delay in issuance of the driving license on July 11. The protesting group mentioned of the sheer negligence and irregularity in issuing license and also denounced the delay in renewal of the driving license. They also raised the issue of middlemen and officers troubling the clients who access the office for services. The protestors also submitted the memorandum to the officers of the office mentioning their demands.
