Gyan Bahadur Nepali, 32-year-old of Gauri Shankar Rural Municipality-8, Dolakha has been arrested on a charge of raping a 17-year-old girl inside a tipper. He was arrested from Kalanki as the incident took place around 10:10 p.m. on July 8 on the way to the Nepal Oil Corporation's Thankot depot in Chandragiri Municipality-7, Thankot. According to police, Nepali left the tipper (Ra 1 Kha 2734) and fled after it. The girl was rescued after receiving information about the incident and was sent to Thapathali Maternity Hospital for medical examination.
